After the required waiting period, meet again with Dr. Wolford to confirm your wishes, review any questions, and complete the final physician evaluation.
Follow-Up Visit
For eligible patients who choose to proceed, aid-in-dying medication is prescribed through a participating pharmacy. Hospice involvement is strongly encouraged before a prescription is issued. Guidance is provided for patients and families regarding preparation and next steps.
Prescription & Preparation
